What you will do

• Deep dive into system design, APIs, and distributed architectures to assess stability and risk.
• Map dependencies, integrations, and third-party risk exposure.
• Utilize data and AI-assisted tooling to identify non-obvious risks early in the lifecycle.
• Assess how engineering work translates from strategy to final delivery.
• Partner directly with senior engineers to influence technical decisions and outcomes.

Requirements

• Background in software engineering, DevOps, or technology risk.
• Strong understanding of modern environments including Agile, CI/CD, cloud, and distributed systems.
• Ability to transition between hands-on technical detail and big-picture strategic thinking.
• Clear communicator with commercial awareness and curiosity.
• Must be based in the London area and able to work 4 days onsite.
