What you will do

• Identify, recruit, and onboard new digital marketing agencies into the Partner Program.
• Maintain long-term relationships with agency partners as their main point of contact.
• Provide agencies with training and resources to sell and implement hirify.global solutions.
• Develop and execute co-marketing activities like webinars, case studies, and joint events.
• Analyze partner performance metrics to provide insights for engagement improvement.
• Collaborate with sales and GTM teams to ensure partners drive revenue and meet targets.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in partner management or business development within SaaS or digital marketing.
• Strong understanding of the eCommerce, email marketing, and marketing automation landscape.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for persuasive presentations.
• Ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Lithuania (Vilnius or Kaunas).
• Growth mindset and focus on measurable outcomes.
