What you will do

  • Manage a portfolio of restaurant partners to ensure their success and drive growth in the local market.
  • Lead strategic renegotiations of commercial terms and introduce new products like hirify.global+ and hirify.global Drive.
  • Provide consultation to partners on quality improvements and creative strategies to achieve their goals.
  • Analyze partner performance using business intelligence tools to prioritize impactful actions.
  • Gather and translate partner feedback into opportunities for Product, Marketing, and Operations teams.
  • Drive revenue growth using a data-driven approach that benefits both partners and the company.

Requirements

  • Proven success in account management roles with a strong commercial mindset.
  • Strong analytical judgment and proficiency with dashboards such as Looker or Power BI.
  • Excellent relationship-building and communication skills across various stakeholders.
  • Proactive and structured approach to managing pipelines and removing blockers.
  • Fluent in Lithuanian and English.

  • Familiarity with CRM tools.
