What you will do
- Manage a portfolio of restaurant partners to ensure their success and drive growth in the local market.
- Lead strategic renegotiations of commercial terms and introduce new products like + and Drive.
- Provide consultation to partners on quality improvements and creative strategies to achieve their goals.
- Analyze partner performance using business intelligence tools to prioritize impactful actions.
- Gather and translate partner feedback into opportunities for Product, Marketing, and Operations teams.
- Drive revenue growth using a data-driven approach that benefits both partners and the company.
Requirements
- Proven success in account management roles with a strong commercial mindset.
- Strong analytical judgment and proficiency with dashboards such as Looker or Power BI.
- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills across various stakeholders.
- Proactive and structured approach to managing pipelines and removing blockers.
- Fluent in Lithuanian and English.
