Location: Offices in Barcelona, Dublin, Krakow, Lisbon, London, Madrid. Remote available for candidates based in Ireland, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Spain, or the UK.

Salary: PLN 9,000 - 11,600 gross monthly (for Poland/Krakow)

What you will do

• Conduct analytical assessments of assigned accounts to identify opportunities for deepening customer relationships.
• Build rapport with customers through discovery check-ins and consistent follow-ups.
• Analyze the competitive landscape to effectively communicate the value proposition of Revolut Business features.
• Meet and exceed sales targets in alignment with team KPIs.

Requirements

• Fluency in English and German is required.
• 2+ years of sales or commercial experience, ideally within a B2B environment.
• Proven track record in telesales or account management with demonstrated success in achieving targets.
• Strong project management, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Advanced experience in pricing strategies and negotiation.
• Must be based in one of the supported office locations or remote regions (EU/UK).
