What you will do

• Manage and maintain Microsoft 365 Admin Portals including user, license, and security policy administration.
• Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot VOIP phone systems and call routing flows.
• Support and maintain Windows-based environments, including user accounts, remote access, and system patching.
• Provide Tier 1-2 technical support and incident resolution for clients.
• Document technical procedures and internal processes.

Requirements

• Must be based in the Philippines
• At least 3 years of experience in IT systems administration or support.
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Admin Portals and Windows environments.
• Working knowledge of VOIP systems, including setup, call flow, and SIP configuration.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
