What you will do

• Draft and maintain template documentation across various business units.
• Review, draft, and negotiate MSAs, Terms and Conditions, SOWs, and NDAs.
• Protect the company in key areas including liability, intellectual property, confidentiality, and data protection.
• Provide contractual input for bid and proposal teams during RFPs and pitch processes.
• Negotiate supplier contracts, partnership arrangements, and other commercial agreements.
• Ensure all contracts comply with applicable laws, industry regulations, and internal policies.

Requirements

• Degree-level qualification in law (English or other common law).
• At least 3 years’ experience in a contract management role within a multi-national company.
• Strong knowledge of contract law and contractual legal risk management.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Nice to have

• Experience working in professional services or financial services industries.
• Knowledge of IT contracts.
