Location: Remote (Must be based in the Philippines, available 9 AM – 5 PM UK time)

What you will do

• Produce detailed planning drawings, including floor plans, elevations, and layout sections.
• Translate client requirements and conceptual ideas into precise technical drawings.
• Optimize spatial arrangements for architectural efficiency and functionality.
• Ensure all drawings comply with UK planning and regulatory guidelines.
• Collaborate with engineers and project managers to maintain design integrity.
• Manage professional communication with clients via email regarding revisions and project updates.

Requirements

• Proven experience drafting for UK-based companies or clients.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Strong understanding of UK building codes, planning permission processes, and elevation standards.
• Background in architectural or structural drafting for residential and commercial projects.
• Excellent spatial planning and layout optimization skills.
• Availability to work 9 AM – 5 PM UK time.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with SketchUp, Revit, and Bluebeam Revu.
