Technical Quality Analyst

TL;DR

Technical Quality Analyst (QA/Compliance): Providing administrative support to the Quality team, maintaining compliance documentation, and reporting KPI metrics with an accent on document control and data analysis. Focus on optimizing QMS documentation, coordinating audit preparations, and improving process efficiency through workflow mapping.

Location: Hybrid; must be based in the UK and travel to London and the warehouses on a regular basis

What you will do

• Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Quality team and maintain accurate compliance records.
• Perform data entry, tracking, and KPI reporting using internal systems.
• Support audit preparation and maintain up-to-date QMS documentation.
• Coordinate meetings, manage team communications, and map internal workflows.
• Assist with supplier assessments, audits, and questionnaires.
• Analyze quality data to identify trends and contribute to factory performance reviews.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in quality administration, document control, or a similar role.
• Experience within a quality, compliance, or regulated environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Power BI.
• Experience with SAP or D365.
• Strong data analysis and report writing skills.
• Ability to travel regularly to London and regional warehouses.
