What you will do

• Carry out quality assurance assessments in line with the Quality Framework
• Review performance and process risk to support fair customer outcomes
• Provide clear feedback and coaching to support improvement
• Analyse data and trends to identify learning and improvement opportunities
• Work with teams to test, document and improve processes
• Maintain accurate audit trails and quality records
• Share insight with stakeholders to drive better outcomes

Requirements

• Experience in a quality, assurance or operational control role
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Confident and clear communication skills
• A customer-focused and fair approach to decision-making
• Ability to manage priorities and work to deadlines
• Experience working in a regulated or risk-aware environment

Nice to have

• Knowledge of pensions or financial services
