What you will do
- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of corporate actions and securities lending, including notifications and election responses.
- Oversee outsourced provider performance to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and quality of service.
- Monitor daily and weekly KPIs/KRIs and escalate operational risks to senior stakeholders.
- Coordinate corporate action events, interpreting impacts and managing entitlements on loaned securities.
- Perform reconciliations and drive timely settlements to minimize counterparty risk.
- Drive stakeholder engagement and contribute to automation and governance initiatives.
Requirements
- Extensive expertise in corporate actions across multiple asset classes and securities lending events.
- Strong asset management industry experience and in-depth knowledge of corporate actions processing.
- Robust understanding of securities lending and REPO transactions.
- Experience managing outsourced service delivery and third-party relationships.
- Ability to manage operational risk using established control frameworks.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
