What you will do

• Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of corporate actions and securities lending, including notifications and election responses.
• Oversee outsourced provider performance to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and quality of service.
• Monitor daily and weekly KPIs/KRIs and escalate operational risks to senior stakeholders.
• Coordinate corporate action events, interpreting impacts and managing entitlements on loaned securities.
• Perform reconciliations and drive timely settlements to minimize counterparty risk.
• Drive stakeholder engagement and contribute to automation and governance initiatives.

Requirements

• Extensive expertise in corporate actions across multiple asset classes and securities lending events.
• Strong asset management industry experience and in-depth knowledge of corporate actions processing.
• Robust understanding of securities lending and REPO transactions.
• Experience managing outsourced service delivery and third-party relationships.
• Ability to manage operational risk using established control frameworks.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
