What you will do

• Drive and implement the AI strategy within the Test & Measurement (T&M) division.
• Create and maintain a comprehensive roadmap for AI integration across R&D processes and business operations.
• Lead AI/ML product functionalities from proof of concept (POC) to successful market launch.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to the corporation-wide AI strategy.
• Build and govern platforms for efficient AI model usage, including data management and agentic AI capabilities.
• Provide strategic advice on digitalization and embedding AI technologies into system solutions.

Requirements

• Master's or PhD degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Applied Mathematics, or a related discipline with a focus on ML/AI.
• Deep expertise in modern model families (CNNs, RNNs, Transformers, Diffusion Models, GANs) and trends like agentic and physical AI.
• Several years of leadership experience managing other leaders within complex technology or digitalization organizations.
• Proven track record in the strategic evolution of AI programs from idea generation to scalable IT services.
• Strong strategic leadership skills combined with an entrepreneurial mindset and decisive decision-making.
• Business fluent English (C1) is required.
