TL;DR

Account Executive (AI): Driving sales and adoption of the Libra AI platform for law firms and in-house legal teams in Romania with an accent on full-cycle B2B SaaS sales. Focus on managing inbound and self-sourced pipelines, delivering tailored AI demos, and exceeding ARR targets.

Location: Hybrid (Bucharest or Cluj-Napoca, Romania) – 2 office days per week

hirify.global's Legal & Regulatory division is transforming legal work through Libra, an AI platform combining deep legal reasoning with generative technology.

What you will do

  • Manage the full B2B sales cycle from discovery and demo to negotiation and closing.
  • Drive adoption of the Libra AI platform among small to mid-sized law firms and in-house legal teams in Romania.
  • Handle inbound leads and proactively source new opportunities using data-driven insights.
  • Collaborate with Legal Engineering to deliver tailored demos and showcase real-world AI use cases.
  • Maintain a healthy pipeline and ensure accurate forecasting to meet monthly and quarterly ARR targets.
  • Work with Marketing and Customer Success to refine messaging and ensure smooth client onboarding.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of experience exceeding sales quotas in B2B SaaS, tech sales, or professional services.
  • Native-level proficiency in Romanian and fluent English (C1).
  • Must be based in or able to work from Bucharest or Cluj-Napoca (hybrid model).
  • Strong ability to articulate ROI and build compelling business cases for technology.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related commercial field.

  • Legal background (law degree, law firm experience, or exposure to legal tech).
