Location: Hybrid (Bucharest or Cluj-Napoca, Romania) – 2 office days per week

What you will do
- Manage the full B2B sales cycle from discovery and demo to negotiation and closing.
- Drive adoption of the Libra AI platform among small to mid-sized law firms and in-house legal teams in Romania.
- Handle inbound leads and proactively source new opportunities using data-driven insights.
- Collaborate with Legal Engineering to deliver tailored demos and showcase real-world AI use cases.
- Maintain a healthy pipeline and ensure accurate forecasting to meet monthly and quarterly ARR targets.
- Work with Marketing and Customer Success to refine messaging and ensure smooth client onboarding.
Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience exceeding sales quotas in B2B SaaS, tech sales, or professional services.
- Native-level proficiency in Romanian and fluent English (C1).
- Must be based in or able to work from Bucharest or Cluj-Napoca (hybrid model).
- Strong ability to articulate ROI and build compelling business cases for technology.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related commercial field.
