Account Manager

TL;DR

Location: Must be based in Timisoara, Romania (Hybrid role).

What you will do

• Facilitate the bid process by qualifying RFPs, writing proposals, and developing effective pricing strategies.
• Define project-level feasibility for client bids using proprietary tools and maintain CRM records.
• Partner with Account and Sales Directors to develop and expand client relationships.
• Drive incremental revenue through effective up-selling and proactive sales management.
• Assist the Client Services team during project delivery and participate in client presentations.
• Travel as needed to meet customers and build key relationships.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work from Timisoara, Romania.
• 2+ years of relevant experience in inbound sales or call center environments.
• Strong customer focus with previous experience in customer service.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
