What you will do

• Bridge the gap between ID/CMF design and manufacturing to optimize user experience and manufacturability.
• Translate marketing and design concept descriptions into feasible engineering activities.
• Partner with manufacturing teams to ensure robust processes and design for mass production.
• Define reliability testing requirements, protocols, and equipment.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure CMF specifications meet overall product requirements.
• Resolve complex CMF technical challenges and act as a subject matter expert within the project team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Materials Science, or Chemical Engineering.
• 3+ years of experience in material development, decoration processes, or color development.
• Proficient level of written and spoken English.
• Strong understanding of materials science and post-decoration processes (painting, printing, anodizing).
• Experience with fabric, PU industry, and related processes like laser and lamination.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally.
