Location: Must be based in the UK (Hybrid in London or Remote within the UK).

What you will do

  • Manage a portfolio of high-value clients to ensure high-quality delivery and proactive growth.
  • Analyze campaign performance data to deliver actionable insights and improvements.
  • Educate clients and partners on best practices, tools, and growth strategies.
  • Lead regular business reviews and performance discussions.
  • Upsell and cross-sell to deepen client relationships.
  • Collaborate with product teams to integrate client feedback into the offering.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience managing large digital or performance marketing accounts.
  • Hands-on experience with affiliate networks or SaaS platforms.
  • Excellent command of Excel and data-driven decision-making.
  • Proven ability to explain complex ideas clearly and influence stakeholders.
  • Expertise in managing budgets, forecasting performance, and optimizing outcomes.
  • Fluency in English required.

Nice to have

  • Fluency in French, German, or Spanish.
  • Experience in advertising or martech.
  • Experience in a startup or high-growth environment.
  • Interest in digital media and performance-based marketing models.
