What you will do

• Lead discovery sessions to translate customer goals and requirements into tailored solution recommendations.
• Deliver engaging solution demonstrations and technical guidance to support fundraising and operational outcomes.
• Support sales opportunities via solution design, proposal input, and RFP responses.
• Provide consulting services including training, system reviews, and optimization workshops.
• Collaborate with Business Development, Product, and Customer Success teams to improve customer outcomes.

Requirements

• Significant experience using fundraising CRM systems; experience with Raiser’s Edge, RENXT, or hirify.globalCRM is strongly preferred.
• Strong discovery, presentation, and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
• Proven ability to translate customer needs into practical technology recommendations.
• Experience in customer-facing consulting, pre-sales, or advisory services.
• Deep knowledge of the not-for-profit sector and a passion for purpose-driven organisations.
• Must be based in Australia or New Zealand.
