What you will do

  • Manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles from initial engagement to closure.
  • Build and maintain a healthy pipeline and provide accurate sales forecasts.
  • Position Jabra as a trusted advisor to high-level decision-makers within the enterprise and public sectors.
  • Collaborate with AV integrators and channel partners to drive business growth.
  • Represent the brand at industry events to develop and expand market presence.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in AV and video collaboration/UC for the enterprise and public sector in the Nordics.
  • Existing and established network of end-customer contacts.
  • Strong commercial mindset with advanced negotiation and complex deal management skills.
  • Higher education in business, engineering, media technology, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
  • Must be based in or able to work from Stockholm (Hybrid).
