What you will do

• Coordinate administrative activities throughout AV projects, from order handling to completion.
• Manage orders, documentation, and project-related communication with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Support Sales Specialists, Project Managers, and other internal teams with project administration.
• Ensure accurate and efficient information flow between departments to guarantee successful project deliveries.

Requirements

• Experience in project coordination, administration, order management, or similar operational roles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and experience working with business systems.
• Strong communication skills in both Swedish and English.
• Ability to work in a hybrid model based in Nacka Strand, Sweden.

Nice to have

• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics.
• Knowledge of or experience within the AV business.
