What you will do

• Install various energy-saving measures including attic insulation, air sealing, LED lighting, and electric water heaters.
• Perform minor repairs on windows, doors, and other household components.
• Conduct combustion appliance testing to ensure safe and proper operation.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues according to utility specifications.
• Maintain daily documentation and reporting on installation status.
• Ensure all job sites are clean, organized, and meet quality guidelines.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in residential construction, field service, or installation work.
• Basic plumbing and/or electrical experience.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Must be authorized to work in the US without employer sponsorship.
• Ability to work in extreme weather conditions and perform physically demanding tasks (lifting 50 lbs, using ladders).

Nice to have

• BPI certification (or willingness to obtain it within 3–6 months).
