What you will do
- Own and maintain the brand direction across all touchpoints for to ensure consistency.
- Lead end-to-end brand deliverables including illustrations, ad creative, social assets, and onboarding visuals.
- Build and manage a repeatable production pipeline by art-directing a network of trusted specialists.
- Write and refine briefs and scripts for motion reels and product videos.
- Collaborate closely with the Head of Design and Head of Marketing on priorities and rollout.
- Proactively identify and resolve off-brand elements and propose creative improvements.
Requirements
- Direction-setting mindset with the ability to lead rather than just execute.
- Experience managing external production through a personal network of specialists.
- Background in SaaS and startup contexts with an understanding of product-led growth.
- Sharp visual taste and concrete standards for typography, spacing, and hierarchy.
- Ability to direct motion and product reels, including scriptwriting and quality control.
- Proficiency in using AI as a tool to increase efficiency in the design workflow.
Nice to have
- Existing "studio-like" setup with a repeatable pipeline and trusted collaborators.
- Portfolio featuring illustration-driven brand work with warmth and clarity (similar to Notion).
- Experience working with early-stage SaaS teams where speed and taste are critical.
