Experiential Designer (AI)

What you will do

• Translate and expand the brand into physical and experiential environments globally.
• Evolve the visual design of event presence across trade shows, conferences, and owned events.
• Design booths, spatial environments, signage, print assets, and merchandise from concept to production.
• Develop cohesive event identities across physical and digital touchpoints.
• Storyboard and design motion and screen-based content for events and keynotes.
• Manage production quality, including print setup, supplier-ready files, and on-site execution standards.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in brand, visual, or experiential design with hands-on events experience.
• Proven experience designing physical environments and real-world brand experiences.
• Deep knowledge of print production and large-format design (must-have).
• Fluent in Figma and capable of creating production-ready files in Adobe Illustrator.
• Producer mindset: ability to balance creative ambition with feasibility, timelines, and budgets.
• Must be based in Europe, with a preference for London, and willing to travel across Europe and the US.

Nice to have

• Experience incorporating AI tools into design workflows.
• Experience building websites in no-code tools like Framer or Splash.
• Basic 3D modular design or industrial design knowledge.
