What you will do

• Own the full design lifecycle from problem framing to final delivery.
• Present and defend design recommendations to Product and Engineering teams.
• Develop and maintain a component-based design system.
• Integrate AI tools into design workflows to accelerate UX and production tasks.
• Identify and resolve design gaps independently before formal reviews.
• Translate complex business requirements into intuitive, data-dense interfaces.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience designing interactive digital products.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Proficiency in Figma and familiarity with web technologies.
• Demonstrated ability to articulate design decisions and defend them under scrutiny.
• Active use of AI tools in your current design practice.

Nice to have

• Experience designing for regulated industries like finance, utilities, or healthcare.
• Background in building data-dense dashboards or AI-powered products.
• Familiarity with behavior tracking tools such as Amplitude, Pendo, or Segment.
