What you will do

• Design and implement global compliance frameworks, including risk assessments, horizon scanning, and monitoring.
• Ensure internal control governance meets EBA standards.
• Coordinate global implementation of compliance frameworks and manage associated training and awareness efforts.
• Liaise with diverse stakeholders across Compliance locations, Risk verticals, and Corporate ORM.
• Oversee the Compliance Cockpit and portfolio analysis dashboards to provide global risk insights.
• Lead global transformation programs within the Compliance domain.

Requirements

• University degree or equivalent.
• Minimum 6 years of specialist experience in compliance or non-financial risk.
• Technical knowledge of compliance frameworks, methodologies, and regulatory expectations.
• Experience with EBA guidelines, NFR Framework, and GRC tooling.
• Excellent level of English (verbal/written).
• Ability to work in diverse, multidisciplinary teams across different geographical locations.
