Location: Remote (Must be based in Hungary, Lithuania, Poland, Portugal, Romania, or Spain)
Salary: Poland: PLN 16,200 - 19,100 / Lithuania: €3,600 - €4,500 gross monthly

What you will do
- Review new features and assess regulatory impact across retail products.
- Design and improve first-line controls to ensure compliant customer journeys.
- Perform thematic reviews, gap assessments, and deep dives into retail risks.
- Support audits, regulatory queries, and internal governance processes.
- Collaborate with Product, Operations, Legal, Risk, and FinCrime teams.
- Monitor regulatory changes and translate them into clear operational requirements.
Requirements
- Experience in compliance, risk, or regulatory advisory.
- Solid understanding of retail financial products and customer journeys.
- Ability to translate regulations into simple operational requirements.
- Excellent stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
- Must be based in Hungary, Lithuania, Poland, Portugal, Romania, or Spain.
