Salary: Poland: PLN 16,200 - 19,100 / Lithuania: €3,600 - €4,500 gross monthly

What you will do

• Review new features and assess regulatory impact across retail products.
• Design and improve first-line controls to ensure compliant customer journeys.
• Perform thematic reviews, gap assessments, and deep dives into retail risks.
• Support audits, regulatory queries, and internal governance processes.
• Collaborate with Product, Operations, Legal, Risk, and FinCrime teams.
• Monitor regulatory changes and translate them into clear operational requirements.

Requirements

• Experience in compliance, risk, or regulatory advisory.
• Solid understanding of retail financial products and customer journeys.
• Ability to translate regulations into simple operational requirements.
• Excellent stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
• Must be based in Hungary, Lithuania, Poland, Portugal, Romania, or Spain.
