What you will do

• Build and lead a team of regulatory compliance experts.
• Engage with management bodies and stakeholders on compliance positions.
• Support the Head of Regulatory Compliance for Europe in conduct rules, training, and reporting.
• Ensure local compliance frameworks align with global standards.
• Perform compliance reviews for new products and expansion initiatives.
• Advise the business on regulatory requirements and proactive risk mitigation.

Requirements

• 8+ years of regulatory compliance experience in consultancy, compliance functions, or regulatory bodies.
• Experience in C-Suite and board-level engagement on compliance topics.
• Expertise in regulatory gap analysis, policy creation, and implementation.
• Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be based in Lithuania, Poland, Portugal, Romania, or Spain.
