What you will do

• Maintain clear and transparent communication with regulators such as BSP, SEC, AMLC, and NPC.
• Manage prompt and accurate responses to regulator requests while adhering to SLAs.
• Update regulators on new products and initiatives to ensure alignment with compliance.
• Collaborate with Risk and Compliance teams to coordinate communications during incidents.
• Prepare management reports for internal committees and regulator meetings.
• Develop scalable processes and documentation for the regulatory affairs team.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in regulatory affairs, compliance, or risk management within a top-tier financial institution, fintech, or regulatory body.
• Existing professional network within the regulatory environment in the Philippines.
• Deep knowledge of key regulatory compliance regimes and regional financial regulations.
• Understanding of payment systems and markets, specifically technology and mobile applications.
• Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, and project management skills.
• Must be based in the Philippines.

Nice to have

• Degree in law, public policy, business administration, or finance from a top-tier university.
• Advanced qualifications such as LLB/LLM, CA, CS, or CFA.
