What you will do

• Conduct target and industry research for M&A transactions within the DACH region.
• Assist in the execution and closing of live sell-side and buy-side transactions.
• Prepare presentations for marketing efforts, pitches, and business analyses.
• Develop and maintain operating and financial models.
• Perform valuation analyses, including DCF, CCA, and comparable company analysis.
• Review Information Memoranda and teasers of potential acquisition targets.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Master's program in business, economics, finance, or a related field.
• Prior internship or experience in banking, consulting, or accounting.
• Knowledge of fundamental and market-oriented valuation methods (DCF, multiples).
• Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
• English and German proficiency at minimum C1 level.
• Available for a duration of 3-4 months.
