What you will do

• Own jurisdiction-level fraud risk and act as the primary point of contact for fraud escalations.
• Conduct end-to-end fraud risk assessments for new and existing features.
• Advise Product, Operations, and Engineering teams on fraud exposure and control design.
• Develop tech-enabled fraud prevention solutions and analyze emerging attack patterns.
• Drive root-cause analysis for high-loss scenarios and ensure effective oversight of controls.
• Deliver fraud performance dashboards and insights to support risk-based decision-making.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in fraud risk within a 1LoD or product advisory function.
• Expertise in fraud typologies, detection strategies, and customer risk indicators in banking.
• Proven track record of driving measurable fraud loss reduction.
• Strong partnership skills to influence stakeholders across Product, Data, and Compliance.
• Must be based in Colombia to fulfill the role requirements.
• Experience in a global bank or high-growth fintech environment.
