What you will do

• Build end-to-end financial, forecasting, and operating models.
• Review and refine models built by other analysts to ensure logic and accuracy.
• Improve modelling standards, templates, and documentation frameworks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on methodologies and assumptions.
• Provide structured feedback and mentorship to junior analysts.
• Ensure all outputs align with U.S. accounting and financial analysis standards.

Requirements

• 3–7+ years of hands-on financial modelling experience.
• Strong proficiency in U.S. GAAP, revenue recognition, and accrual accounting.
• Advanced skills in Excel and Google Sheets.
• Must be based in Brazil, Argentina, Mexico, or Colombia.
• Must be available to work during U.S. client business hours.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills (C1+).

Nice to have

• Experience with AI training datasets or structured data workflows.
• Background in Investment Banking, Private Equity, or Strategic Finance.
• Experience refining modelling frameworks and documentation systems.
