What you will do

• Lead and mentor a team of 4–5 finance and accounting specialists across GL, AR, and AP functions.
• Oversee day-to-day operations and manage closing activities within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
• Ensure full compliance with local accounting, tax, and regulatory requirements.
• Drive automation and process optimization initiatives to increase efficiency.
• Prepare financial reporting and supervise accurate, timely client billing processes.
• Coordinate external audits and collaborate with the CFO and tax advisors.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of accounting experience, with at least 1 year in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of local accounting standards and tax regulations.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience with large datasets.
• Strong ERP systems experience (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is a significant advantage).
