Lead Accountant

What you will do

• Perform and oversee month-end and year-end closing activities for multiple international entities.
• Review balance sheet reconciliations, accrual calculations, and flux analyses, and present key variances to senior management and finance teams.
• Manage intercompany transactions and monthly cross-charge allocations across global entities.
• Lead statutory audits, coordinate auditor selection and engagement activities, and resolve audit queries.
• Coordinate statutory filings, financial statements, regulatory reports, compliance deadlines, and supporting documentation.
• Improve accounting processes, controls, reconciliation practices, and documentation standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, commerce, or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience in accounting, financial reporting, audit, or international finance operations.
• Strong understanding of US GAAP, IFRS, local statutory reporting requirements, and accounting controls.
• Experience managing statutory audits across multiple international jurisdictions.
• Proficiency with ERP systems, Microsoft Excel, and financial reporting tools.

Nice to have

• CA, CPA, ACCA, or an equivalent professional qualification.
• Experience with FloQast or similar account reconciliation platforms.
