Location: Hybrid (up to 40% remote work per month) in Tokyo, Japan

What you will do

• Provide daily IT support, including onboarding and incident management, contributing to global IT standards.
• Manage IT asset inventory, distribute and replace end-user devices, and oversee local network infrastructure.
• Coordinate local IT and business projects, ensuring deployment of global IT services.
• Support local infrastructure with second-level partners and assist with IT budget planning.
• Manage assignments using project management techniques and coordinate with external vendors.

Requirements

• IT education or 3+ years of equivalent experience.
• Solid knowhow in Microsoft Windows, Office, Mac, AD, Exchange, Mobile Devices, Networking, and Security Services.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• ITIL v3 experience or ServiceNow is appreciated.
• Spoken and written English and Japanese mandatory.
• Must be based in Tokyo, Japan.
