What you will do

• Develop and maintain standard costs for materials, labor, and overheads, analyzing variances against these standards.
• Manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing cycles for cost accounts in compliance with US GAAP, local GAAP, and SOX.
• Analyze production costs and operational expenses to identify cost-saving opportunities and optimize manufacturing processes.
• Collaborate with operations, supply chain, and procurement teams to gather data for cost analysis.
• Monitor inventory levels and reconcile discrepancies to ensure accurate valuation and reporting.
• Support budgeting and forecasting processes specifically for manufacturing costs and related expenses.

Requirements

• BS or BA Degree in Finance or Accounting.
• Proven experience as a Cost Accountant within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of cost analysis, financial reporting, and US GAAP/SOX compliance.
• Strong ERP skills, with Oracle Fusion knowledge preferred.
• Fluent in English.
