What you will do

  • Develop the strategic vision and revenue roadmap for hirify.global's automotive business opportunities in China.
  • Lead complex business negotiations and drive licensing revenue growth with automotive OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers.
  • Manage a team of 3-5 automotive account managers, focusing on talent development and pipeline validation.
  • Cultivate long-term, high-value commercial relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure the seamless integration of hirify.global solutions into partner products.
  • Analyze market trends in software-defined vehicles and connected car ecosystems to shape technology roadmaps.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of experience in sales, with at least 10 years specifically in the automotive industry.
  • Proven track record of managing field sales teams and leading global leadership initiatives.
  • Deep expertise in licensing sales and a thorough understanding of the automotive supply chain.
  • AI fluency, including practical experience with role-specific agent building and multi-agent chains.
  • B.A. or B.S. in Economics, Humanities, Engineering, or equivalent (Advanced degree preferred).
