TL;DR

Senior Client Partner (Business Development): Driving advertising revenue growth in China by managing top-tier market leaders and implementing go-to-market strategies with an accent on portfolio strategy and market expansion. Focus on building a robust new business pipeline, leading cross-functional initiatives, and advocating for advanced advertising products.

Location: Beijing or Shenzhen. Must work in office 4+ days per week (Default Together policy).

What you will do

  • Develop and execute overarching commercial strategies and revenue forecasts for top-tier portfolios.
  • Identify new growth opportunities and build a robust pipeline of new business within assigned regions.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives with Account Management, Onboarding, and Marketing teams to deliver full-funnel client strategies.
  • Advise clients on bespoke campaign optimizations and advanced KPI-driven measurement strategies.
  • Manage executive communications regarding strategic initiatives and market insights for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Oversee day-to-day campaign success, including ad rejection escalations and post-campaign reporting.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in digital media, advertising, sales, or account management.
  • Proven track record of owning senior client relationships and influencing commercial strategy.
  • Fluency in written and verbal English and Mandarin.
  • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives with measurable business impact.
  • Strong analytical, presentation, and executive communication skills.
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.

Nice to have

  • Experience working specifically with China export advertisers and international business expansion.
  • 1+ years of experience in a leadership role.
  • Experience with category leadership or vertical-level commercial planning.
  • Strong "Hunter Mentality" and results-driven sales mindset.
