What you will do
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for automotive solutions.
- Develop and execute account plans to expand revenue from existing and new clients.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with corporate, fleet, and key accounts.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, volume agreements, and delivery terms.
- Collaborate with internal teams including logistics, finance, and inventory to ensure smooth delivery.
- Monitor competitor activities and market conditions to identify new opportunities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 5+ years of experience in automotive sales or account management.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong knowledge of vehicle specifications, financing, and industry practices.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Nice to have
- Experience working with automotive OEMs and Tier1 suppliers.
- Understanding of electric vehicles (EVs) and sustainable mobility solutions.
