What you will do

• Manage a portfolio of motor claims from allocation to settlement to mitigate indemnity spend.
• Validate claims for indemnity and fraud while accurately assessing liability using available evidence.
• Contact claimants and representatives to establish exposure and obtain key information for claim files.
• Collaborate with in-house motor engineers to intervene on vehicle losses and reduce hire duration.
• Perform accurate quantum assessments and apply reserves according to company guidelines.
• Maintain proactive diary management to monitor and progress live hire cases efficiently.

Requirements

• Good understanding of Insurer RTA obligations, credit hire case law, legal precedent, and procedure.
• Strong communication and effective negotiation skills.
• Ability to use own initiative to achieve the best financial outcomes for the business.
• Must have at least one year remaining on a Graduate or Post-Study Work visa; no visa sponsorship is available.
• Motivated self-starter capable of working effectively within a team.
