Salary: £27,000 - £33,000

What you will do

• Support end-to-end monthly payroll administration and RTI submissions.
• Perform payroll checks, controls, and reconciliations to ensure accuracy.
• Manage pension auto-enrolment and monthly contribution submissions.
• Administer flexible benefits, company car schemes, and eye care.
• Provide guidance to employees and managers on payroll-related queries.
• Produce regular and ad-hoc payroll reports for Finance and business stakeholders.

Requirements

• Essential experience using IRIS Cascade Payroll software.
• Up-to-date knowledge of HMRC legislation and regulations.
• Strong administrative experience with exceptional attention to detail.
• Highly numerate with proficiency in Excel and Word.
• Must be based in the UK.

Nice to have

• CIPP Payroll Technician Certificate or equivalent experience.
