What you will do
- Liaise with customers, insurers, and suppliers nationwide.
- Analyze policies to determine claim coverage and devise processing strategies.
- Manage policyholder correspondence regarding claim progress.
- Set up new claims, appoint contractors, and update internal systems.
- Issue payments and arrange claim settlements.
- Ensure compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Strong communication skills and an empathetic, customer-centric approach.
- Ability to deliver swift outcomes in fast-paced environments.
- High attention to detail.
- Strong numeracy, literacy, and IT skills.
- Professionalism and grace when handling challenging conversations.
- Must be located in or able to work from Preston, UK.
