What you will do

  • Liaise with customers, insurers, and suppliers nationwide.
  • Analyze policies to determine claim coverage and devise processing strategies.
  • Manage policyholder correspondence regarding claim progress.
  • Set up new claims, appoint contractors, and update internal systems.
  • Issue payments and arrange claim settlements.
  • Ensure compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements.

  • Strong numeracy, literacy, and IT skills.
