Location: Hybrid (Runcorn, UK) - working from home 4 days per week

Salary: £27,000 – £29,000 per annum

What you will do

• Monitor customer accounts and maintain accurate records of outstanding debt.
• Collect payments in a timely manner and investigate/resolve invoice queries promptly.
• Prioritize cash collection and collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve delays.
• Escalate unresolved debt issues and recommend legal action where necessary.
• Produce aged debt reports and provide regular updates to management.
• Handle cash receipt allocation and manage new customer account setups.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Credit Control.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Ability to develop and maintain excellent internal and customer relationships.
• Proactive approach to debt collection.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
