What you will do

• Lead sourcing activities for new product introductions (NPDI) and manage the transition from ideation to mass production.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Commodity teams to ensure BOM and CapEx costs meet business objectives.
• Develop prototype strategies, analyze tooling needs, and coordinate with EMS suppliers to meet project schedules.
• Perform risk and resiliency assessments and monitor critical prototype parts.
• Own all purchase BOM cost reporting and initiate component reduction activities to meet price targets.
• Host Sourcing Reviews for business-critical projects and report on Procurement KPIs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, Electronic), Supply Chain Operations, or Business.
• 5-7 years of experience in supply chain, engineering, or related fields.
• Experience in NPI, Project Management, or Industrialization.
• Ability to interpret technical specifications, engineering drawings, and bills of materials.
• Proficiency in MS Office, ERP, and PLM tools.
• Must be legally authorized to work in China.

• PMP (Project Management Professional) certification.
• CPSM (Certified Professional in Supply Chain) certification.
