What you will do

• Lead and develop a multi-disciplinary project procurement team.
• Manage NPI and bid processes, ensuring alignment with engineering and operational goals.
• Establish and maintain long-term supplier partnerships focused on total cost of supply.
• Drive DFM and DFT opportunities to reduce design cycles and costs.
• Conduct production readiness reviews and capacity planning to ensure supply resilience.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to implement make/buy strategies and technology enablement solutions.

Requirements

• Must have the right to work in the UK without restrictions.
• Must be able to successfully undertake UK National Security Vetting.
• Proven experience leading procurement or project sourcing teams in complex engineering or manufacturing environments.
• Extensive expertise in strategic sourcing, supplier management, and category strategy development.
• Deep understanding of NPI, bid processes, and product lifecycle management.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
