What you will do

  • Lead and develop a team of recruiters and sourcers delivering high-volume hiring across international markets.
  • Own hiring delivery through Greenhouse and Fountain, including automated screening and assessments.
  • Drive end-to-end pipeline performance and implement scalable process improvements to remove bottlenecks.
  • Leverage data to monitor performance, improve conversion rates, and reduce candidate drop-off.
  • Partner with Operations, Workforce Planning, and HR to align hiring strategies with business needs.
  • Standardize workflows and build detailed playbooks to ensure operational consistency at scale.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruiting Operations, or Program Management.
  • Proven track record in high-volume hiring environments and pipeline management at scale.
  • Direct people management experience leading recruiters, coordinators, or sourcers.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decisions.
  • Experience working with Greenhouse, Fountain, or similar ATS and hiring systems.
  • Must be based in Georgia or Finland.
