What you will do

  • Lead major transformation initiatives including application carve-outs and S/4HANA transitions.
  • Manage relationships with strategic IT suppliers and oversee contract renewals and SLA monitoring.
  • Define and drive project methodologies, resource allocation, and budget tracking.
  • Oversee application lifecycle activities, including decommissioning and rationalization of legacy systems.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align IT projects with business needs and the North Star 2030 strategy.
  • Drive innovation through GenAI and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system efficiency.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in IT applications with strong exposure to SAP ECC and S/4HANA.
  • Proven track record in program or portfolio management within an international environment.
  • Experience managing external service providers and contract negotiations.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills in a cross-functional and multicultural team setting.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.

Nice to have

  • Project Management certification such as PMP or PRINCE2.
  • Ability to speak additional languages.
