What you will do

• Manage day-to-day operations and platform maintenance within Circle for multiple mentorship programs.
• Onboard new members and configure events, access groups, segments, and workflows.
• Monitor community engagement and participation, identifying inactive members and escalating issues.
• Analyze and report on program metrics including attendance, retention, and merchant feedback.
• Coordinate internal tickets and maintain task tracking systems in Asana and Jira.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Latvia or able to work from the Riga office
• English: Excellent written communication skills required
• Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
• Proficiency in working with spreadsheets and data tracking.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work independently.
• Interest in eCommerce, online communities, and mentorship.
