TL;DR
Technical Program Manager (Autonomous Vehicles): Coordinating the deployment of a commercial L4 autonomous ride-hailing service across European markets with an accent on technical coherence, regulatory approvals, and partner alignment. Location: Hybrid (Stockholm, Sweden). Must be available for at least 12 monthly in-office days.

What you will do
- Own and maintain the master program plan and critical path, managing risks and dependencies across all workstreams.
- Lead delivery-focused relationships with ADS technology partners and track contractual milestones.
- Ensure technical consistency across workstreams and own interface documentation, including API specs and data flow architecture.
- Coordinate regulatory milestone trackers and evidence package submissions for European markets.
- Maintain core program documentation, such as risk registers and decision logs, to ensure institutional knowledge.
- Produce weekly status reports and monthly board-level summaries on progress and risks.
Requirements
- Solid experience in technical program or project management in complex, multi-partner environments.
- Direct experience in autonomous vehicles, advanced mobility, robotics, aerospace, or safety-critical systems engineering.
- Proven ability to manage simultaneous delivery relationships with external technology partners.
- Experience creating technical documentation used by both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Working knowledge of safety-critical systems development processes (V-model, systems engineering).
- Familiarity with European regulatory environments, including type approval and national competent authorities.
