What you will do

• Act as a key interface between trading desks and support functions to ensure efficient delivery of initiatives.
• Improve and ensure the robustness of business processes, controls, and governance frameworks.
• Drive business planning, performance monitoring, and cost analysis for senior management.
• Identify system inefficiencies and implement operational improvements.
• Lead the resolution of complex operational challenges across different geographies and functions.
• Coordinate business controls and approvals to ensure timely outcomes.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Geneva, Switzerland
• 7-10 years of experience in commodities or energy trading, with at least 5 years in business management.
• Solid expertise in European power and gas markets, and preferably renewables.
• Proven track record of working cross-functionally with front office and senior stakeholders.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Copilot and PowerPoint.
• English: Fluent (C1+) mandatory
