What you will do

  • Lead the Office of the COO, managing governance, leadership cadence, and executive rhythm.
  • Design and embed a business management system to drive consistent, disciplined execution.
  • Shape the COO’s forward agenda, priorities, and decision-making forums.
  • Translate enterprise strategy into clear execution plans and performance metrics.
  • Act as a central integrator for transformation and optimization initiatives.
  • Provide real-time visibility into performance, risks, and enterprise outcomes.

Requirements

  • Experience in strategy, transformation, operations, or top-tier consulting.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex, cross-functional initiatives.
  • Ability to operate effectively with senior leadership and executive stakeholders.
  • Strong commercial and operational acumen with a structured approach to problem-solving.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing capabilities.
  • Ability to bring clarity and momentum to ambiguous environments.
