What you will do

• Develop and implement commercial strategies aligned with the company's strategic goals.
• Lead and mentor a team of commercial excellence professionals, providing strategic oversight and support.
• Drive the “One Data” initiative and digitalization of the end-to-end commercial process.
• Build solid channel performance measurements to evaluate KPIs and initiate channel incentive mechanisms.
• Optimize channel management processes, including distributor lifecycle management.
• Track dynamic policies of national and local procurement platforms and monitor national/regional bidding information.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above.
• At least 8 years’ relevant management experience in medical device and pharma industries.
• Good English reading and writing skills.
• Competence on data analysis and presentation, with excellent skills in Excel or Power BI.
• Good leadership and organizational skills.
