What you will do

• Lead an engineering organization of 100+ engineers through a multi-layered leadership team of VPs, Directors, and Managers.
• Own the engineering strategy and execution for the strategic Analytics Intelligence product domain.
• Oversee the unification of analytics platforms to achieve global availability and seamless customer transitions.
• Drive the transition to an AI-native engineering model to enhance software delivery, productivity, and customer value.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, and Executive leadership to align technical investments with business priorities.
• Develop senior engineering leaders and adapt organizational structures as the company scales.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading large product engineering organizations (100+ engineers) with multiple management layers.
• Track record of delivering complex, business-critical programs and technical migrations.
• Experience building high-performing leadership teams and developing Directors and Staff Engineers.
• Background in modern B2B SaaS environments with globally distributed teams.
• Expertise in integrating AI into software engineering and product delivery processes.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid setup in the Paris Area, France.
